| 3. Vacuum auto cisterns Vacuum auto cisterns are used for collection and transportation of spilling technological liquids (water, condensate, oil, oil products and others, except liquefied hydro carbonic gas).Auto cisterns are made of two types.
1. with filling up cisterns with the help of ejector device.
2. with filling up cisterns with help of vacuum pump. | |
Auto cistern includes cistern, gas stream ejector (vacuum pump) receiving hose, frame, manifold, splashes, mounting on the auto-chassis of heightened possibility URAL 5557. Cistern is a horizontal cylindrical with the elliptical bottoms. Inside the cistern three transversal rigids are welded. Hydrolock is welded vessel with the indicator of level, pouring in and pouring out corks, connecting pipe, under vacuum meter, inlet and outlet branch pipe. Ejector consists of gas stream part and muffler and is putted on the horizontal branch pipe.
Main units: Auto chasis; cistern for fuel; hydrolock; ejector device (vacuum pump); level measuring.

4. Steam generator mounting
Mounting is used for deparaffination of wells, overland pipelanes, capacities, filling and other oil field equipment in the conditions of the mild and cold macroclimatic regions according to the state standards 16350-80 The mounting includes the stream-boiler, water feeding pump, the capacity for water, fuel pump, fuel tank, ventilator, manifold system of automatic and KIP transmission and other equipment.

| Mounting by the wish of the client may be assembled on the auto chassis of КРАЗ 65101 or on the welded frame. Boiler is the vertical cylindrical inflow boiler with lower placement by burner. Air is feeding by the centrifugal ventilator to the ring shaped clearance of the boiler body. The air is bringing to the burner in to the burner in order to maintain the burning. Water-feeding pump three plunge horizontal. The pump is feeding water from the tank to the coil of the stream boiler. The tank for water has a pouring mouth with filter and respiratory valve, level measuring, pipe of heating and precipitation tank with the distributing branch pipe. Six fold fuel pump with the safety valve at the outlet is feeding fuel to the burner. Fuel tank has flooded mouth with filter, level measuring and pouring out tap. Mounting is equipped by the automatic system and КИП, maintaining setting safe regime of work and stoppage of work of the boiler on the breakdown situation. Executive mechanism (water feeding and fuel pumps, ventilator are bringing throgh the distributing reductor from the tractive engine of auto chassis in the case of installation of the mounting on the outochassis). In the frame option of mounting there are two possible execution of the drive the first from the electric engine of the alternating current or from the diesel system of the control and all КИП are concentration of single control panel, assembility in the cab of operator (in the frame option).

5. Tube elevators 1ВЕ–50, 1ВЕ–80
1BE 50,1BE 80 are used for clawing under muffs and holding suspended columns of smooth pump-compressor and for raising and holding suspended columns of tubes while carrying out lowering and lifting operations in the process of capital repairs of wells. Elevator consists of the body with two staples under strop, collapsible lock with handle and tongue, under spring fixator automatically locking tongue of lock and framing into the staples of scant for strop. |

For more safe position of the fixator in the pipes 73 mm and if it is necessary it can be manufactured for pipes with other size. Vehicle capacity of elevator is 50-80 ton and if it is necessary it may be reached to 100 ton. Elevators 1BE-80,1BE-50 are advantageously differed from elevator of the same type of simple construction, they are very reliable and safe, and it is proved by the experience in their operation in Hffly (oil and gas processing department).
