JSC "Baku Universal Machine" (Baku Machine Building Plant. Musabekov) is located at the address: Baku city, Narimanov district, str. Aliasker Gaibov 10.

The factory was founded in 1952.

The plant is equipped with all necessary technological equipment, mainly manufactured in CIS countries and abroad, has the complete cycle of production from casting to packing sites.

Foundry workshop is equipped with the necessary equipment for the production of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous (aluminum, bronze, brass, copper) molding. The workshop is equipped with welded steel equipment that allows production of complex metal structures that require high quality of the weld. Mechanical and assembly shop are equipped with the necessary equipment and CNC machines. In recent years, the factory is a manufacturer of quality oilfield equipment and spare parts, namely:

1. Wedging pneumatic claw PKR-560M-OP for mechanized claw in rotor, pump-compressor, drilling and increasing the weight pipes, transmission of rotation from rotor to the drilling column.

2. Wedging pneumatic claw PKRBO-700-OP for mechanized and partly automatic claw in rotor Р  700 pump-compressor, drilling, increasing the weight and pipes, transmission of rotation from rotor to drilling column through the small gabs. through small-sized fitted roller claw.

3. Steam generator RBYQ -1600/10 E deparaffinization of wells, onshore pipelines, tanks, valves and other oilfield equipment.

4. Vacuum auto cistern is designed for the collection and transportation of spilling non-aggressive liquids (water, oil, petroleum products, etc.) with capacity o 7500 liter. Filling of cistern with the ejector mounting on the basis of auto- chassis "Ural", "Kamaz".

5. Auto cistern with capacity from 3 to 36 tons is used for the transportation of water and other non-aggressive liquids based on the chassis Ural, Kamaz, Kraz.

6. Pipe elevator 1BE -50, 1BE -80 are used for clawing and holding of suspended column of the smooth pumping compressor and set inside drilling pipes, carrying out the lowering and lifting operations in the process of the capital repair of wells.

7. Safety Valve KPM 32x40 is used for the protection of pump of the mobile oilfield mounting and connecting with it equipment from overloading while rising the pressure over target and for the compulsory extraordinary (urgent) unloading of system from pressure in the case of breakdown, while carrying out the operation on intensification of oil extracting and cementing of oil and gas wells.

8. Angle redactor to the aggregates "AZINMASH-60", "AZINMASH-37A.

9. Box of selection of power PTO PTO-CHT3 02.01.000 Sat, Sat 5UPA 02.01.000 to the aggregate "AZINMASH-37A.

10. Pipe head BBS-100/100/50x70 is used for the suspension of pumping and compressor pipes of the second row of the oil-gusher fittings.

11. Winch to units "AZINMASH-60", "AZINMASH-37A”.

12. Scraper transporter manure gathering TCH – 3 OBM is used for the gathering of manure in the cattle breeding sites with simultaneous loading to the transportation means.

13. Camera tilt type 54-1A-4 is designed to work in conjunction with the harvester SK-5. Dimensions of the output window 1175 С… 290 (mm), minimum working chamber width 1175mm.

Spare parts are produced for all kinds of the manufactured production.

The staff of the plant is recruited by the qualified specialists, engineers, mechanics, metalworkers-fitters, welders, turners, milling-machine operators. They have high manoeurability in the mastering of all new kinds of production. Generally all the workers have two adjacent specialties. The company operates profitably.

The plant has technical control department, which is equipped by the control measuring machinery and instruments, end experimental stands for the manufactured production. Manufactured production is delivered generally to the countries of CIS and the oil-gas extracting entities of the republic. The enterprise gets references about perfect work of the purchased equipment.
