OJSC "Baku Universal Machine-building" (Baku Machine-building plant named after G.Musabayov) is situated by the following address: H. Aliev avenue 109 ( Moscow avenue ), Nizami region, Baku , along the airport highway.
The plant was founded in 1952.
Total area of the plant is 518 hectare including 3,08 hectare of industrial area. The plant is equipped by all the necessary technological equipment generally produced in the countries of CIS and foreign countries and has completed cycle of industry from foundry to packing sites.
There are 5 main workshops, 6 subsidiary sites, at the plant; it has the site producing public consumer goods equipped by thermoplastautomats.
Foundry workshop is equipped by the necessary equipment for the production of steel, pot, non-ferrous (aluminum, bronze, brass, copper) molding. The workshop of the welded metal constructions with area of 5000 sq.m is equipped by the equipment permitted of produce complex metal constructions, demanding high quality of welded joint. It has railway branch and diesel locomotive for transportation and receiving cargo.
Recently, the plant is the reliable manufactures of the qualitative oil equipment and spare part for them.
They are the following:
1. Wedging pneumatic claw ÏÊÐ 500 for mechanized claw in rotor, pump-compressor, drilling and increasing the weight pipes, transmission of rotation from rotor to the drilling column.
2. Wedging pneumatic claw ÏÊÐ 700 OK for mechanized and partly automatic claw in rotor Ð 700 pump-compressor, drilling, increasing the weight and pipes, transmission of rotation from rotor to drilling column through the small gabs. through small-sized fitted roller claw.
3. Steam generator mounting of trade mark RB4Q-1600/10t for deparaffinization of wells, overland pipelines, capacities, fittings and other oil field equipment.
4. Sand mixing mounting USP-50 for transportation of quartz fractional sand, preparation of sand-liquid mixtures and feeding of it. With head to the pumping aggregates under the hydraulic break of stratums and hydrosand-streaming perforation in oil and gas wells on the basis of auto-chassis “Ural”.
5. Mobile autofilling station PAZS 6-8-10-12-18-3 cub.m is used for transportation of fuel oils and filling autotractor techniques by then with measure of given capacities and temporal storage of fuel and oil on the basis of the auto-chassis “Ural”, “Kamaz”, “Kraz”.
6. Vacuum autocistern is used for collection and transportation of spilling non-aggressive technological liquids (water, oil, oil products and others) with capacity of 7500 l . Filling of cistern with the ejector mounting on the basis of auto-chassis “Ural”, “Kamaz”.
7. Autocistern with capacity from 3 to 36 tons is used for the transportation of water and with non-aggressive liquids on the basis of auto-chassis “Ural”, “Kamaz”, “Kraz”.
8. Complex of equipment for the development and repair of wells with depth to 3000 m of trade mark LSG-40 on the basis of auto-chassis “Ural”.
9. Piping elevators 1BE-80, 1BE-50 are used for the clawing and holding of suspended column of the smooth pumping compressor and set inside drilling pipes, carrying out the lowering and lifting operations in the process of the capital repair of wells.
10. Safety device valve KPM 32x40 is used for the protection of pump of the mobile oilfield mounting and connecting with it equipment from overloading while rising the pressure over target and for the compulsory extraordinary (urgent) unloading of system from pressure in the case of breakdown. While carrying out the operation on intensification of oil extracting and cementing of oil and gas wells.
11. Angle redactor to the aggregates Azinmash 60, Azinmash 37A.
12. Box of selection of power KOM CHT2, ZAPA 02-01-000 SB, SUPA 02.01.000 CB to the aggregate Azinmash 37A.
13. Pipe hed BBS 100/100/50x70 is used for the suspension of pumping and compressor pipes of the second row of the oil-gusher fittings.
14. Winch to the aggregate Azinmash 60, Azinmash 37A.
15. Scraper transporter manure gathering TS #30 BM is used for the gathering of manure in the cattle breeding sites with simultaneous loading to the transportation means.
16. Inclined clamber of type 541A4 is used for work in complex with combine SK-5. The size of the going out window is 1175x290 (mm) the minimal working width of the chamber is 1175 mm .
Spare parts are produced for all kinds of the manufactured production.
The staff of the plant is recruited by the qualified specialists, engineers, mechanics, metalworkers-fitters, welders, turners, milliny-machine operators. They have high manoeurability in the mastering of all new kinds of production. Generally all the workers have two adjacent specialties.
The enterprise works profitably. The plant has technical control department, which is equipped by the control measuring machinery and instruments, end experimental stands for the manufactured production. Manufactured production is delivered generally to the countries of CIS and the oil-gas extracting entities of the republic. The enterprise gets references about perfect work of the purchased equipment.
